To Our Valued Guests:

Le Boudoir Blow Dry Bar is committed to giving you the best that we can offer—our goal is to make sure that you’re fully satisfied with our services from the moment you enter our salon to the second you leave. It takes two to tango, however! Let us work together to bring out the best in you. Please follow our policies and procedures below so that you know what to expect from us and find out how you can help make the process as smooth as possible.

We remain dedicated to providing a safe experience for you. We continue to follow all the requirements set by the state and national health departments at all times.

It is highly recommended that you book an appointment with us online or by call/text/email, to guarantee that you’ll be served. All appointments require full payment upon booking to secure it. We welcome walk-ins and always do our best to accommodate walk-ins per our stylists’ availability. Please arrive at the salon at least 10 minutes early for your appointment for ample check-in and service preparation. We discourage you from bringing children or other companions along to prevent overcrowding inside the salon.


We know that circumstances can change at a moment’s notice, so we completely understand if you have to cancel your appointment. In fact, cancellation is free of charge, and you can reschedule for another time. However, please note that if you do not give us enough prior notice, then we will find it hard to replace your slot with that of our other guests on the waiting list, and it will be a wasted opportunity for everyone. In order to withdraw or reschedule your booking, make sure that you send us a text or email message at least 6 hours ahead of your appointment. Failure to do so will be subjected to charges accordingly.

For Salon appointments:

Cancellation/rescheduling 6 hours or more prior to your appointment is free of charge.

Cancellation/rescheduling LESS THAN 6 HOURS PRIOR to your appointment is subject to a $25 charge.

For groups of 3 or more persons, cancellation/rescheduling LESS THAN 24 HOURS PRIOR to your appointment is subject to $30 charge.

For In-Home appointments:

Cancellation/rescheduling 6 hours or more prior to your appointment is free of charge.

Cancellation/rescheduling LESS THAN 6 HOURS PRIOR to your appointment is subject to a $40 charge.

For groups of 3 or more persons, a 50% DEPOSIT WILL BE COLLECTED 24 HOURS PRIOR to your appointment. It is non-refundable in case of cancellation.


It’s possible that you may arrive late due to traffic or other concerns—we understand this and will try our best to accommodate you regardless. However, showing up more than 10 minutes late after your scheduled time may require us to take less time with your service than we normally would, in order to respect the booking of our next guest. If we think that it’s impossible to serve you and still maintain the quality that our blow dry bar is known for, then we reserve the right to reschedule and charge a $25 fee.


No shows are subject to 100% service charge.


Le Boudoir also caters to the hair needs of children, so you are welcome to bring your child along. Parents of those under the age of 12, however, are expected to stay with their
children for their own safety. If the child struggles or shows signs of discomfort during their blowout, then it may not be possible to complete the service within the allotted time. Teenagers 13 years old and above can come into the salon alone as long as they have their parents’ or guardians’ approval and the necessary paperwork.


We like to reward both our returning and first-time guests by offering them gift cards and gift certificates (GCs) both in-salon and online. These GCs can be used as partial or full payment for a service or retail product that you purchase at any Le Boudoir location. However, they cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash or gratuities. Le Boudoir GCs are valid for 5 years only from date issued.


We want to ensure that you feel safe with us being inside your homes—all the while getting the uncompromised quality promise of the Le Boudoir experience. To achieve that, we want to make sure that we are on the same page in terms of expectations. Please bear with us as we ask for your patience and cooperation to achieve a smooth and seamless in-home experience.

We will make sure to arrive at your doorsteps at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time to have just enough time to settle down and prepare for the session.

Please wash your hair beforehand and make sure that it's just damp and not dripping wet.

Children under the age of 18 years should be accompanied by a parent or an adult guardian during the session.

Our in-home prices do not include gratuity. If you miss handing them out to our stylists, please be informed that we will charge an additional 18% of the total price for gratuity.

Ready to join the Le Boudoir Memberships?

We hope you said “Yes!” The main reason is that our members get perks that are otherwise unavailable for our regular guests. Some of these benefits include discounted services or products that can be redeemed at any Le Boudoir location. Enrolment for a membership plan can be done inside the salon and online, and must be paid with a credit card.


“Satisfaction Guaranteed” has become a cliché nowadays, so we at Le Boudoir let our work do the talking. Our one goal is to give you the best blowout experience that you can possibly get. When you first enter our blow dry bar, we will provide you with a thorough consultation so that you’ll know exactly what’s going to happen. The products that we use are top-of-the-line, and our team is expertly trained at their craft.

If, however, you are unhappy with the end result, then please let us know BEFORE you leave the premises so that we can make the necessary adjustments on the same day. Minor alterations can be done for FREE as long as it is within 24 hours of your visit. For unexpected technical errors on our part, the salon owner or stylist will offer salon credits at their discretion. This, however, does not apply to changes of mood or mind.



No refunds issued for services rendered and prepaid services/products. In the event that a guest initiates a credit card dispute that is subsequently resolved in Le Boudoir’s favor, Le Boudoir shall have the right to charge the guest up to $50 per occurrence. Guests who dispute a valid charge for a late cancellation or no-show will be subject to this $50 fee.


We accept a variety of payment methods including cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay), and Le Boudoir gift certificates and gift cards. Guests who refuse to pay after their service has been rendered will be subject to legal action.


Our prices are calculated according to hair length, texture, and the kinds of products used. We reserve the right to adjust the rates at our own discretion. Service prices do not include gratuities. Gratuity is graciously accepted in cash or mobile payment services. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.


For your own safety, please notify our team if you are pregnant or have any allergies, physical issues, or disabilities in order for us to make the necessary adjustments. If you experience any discomfort or troubling symptoms during the service, immediately alert any of our team members so that we can help.


You can bring your personal belongings with you when you enter our blow dry bar. Our environment is secure, and we always strive to maintain a level of trust with our guests so that they can come into our salon without fear or apprehension. With that said, it is entirely up to our guests to keep an eye out for their own possessions—Le Boudoir will not be responsible for any damage or loss unrelated to our services.

As a safety precaution, we advise that you leave your jewelry and other valuables at home. If you happen to be wearing expensive clothes during your appointment, we might request that you change into one of our smocks to make sure that your attire won’t get damaged during the service. We take every precaution possible so that your stay with us is pleasant and free from any untoward incidents.


Our team will always cater to anyone without discrimination. However, we also expect the same courtesy from our guests. Anyone who comes into our salon behaving inappropriately, non-compliant with our rules and regulations, under the influence, or in a poor state of health (i.e. scalp lesions, open wounds, lice) will be refused service and asked to leave, especially if they pose a danger to our team or guests.


We are consistent with our policies and follow them exactly as laid out so that our guests know what to expect. Should anything come up in the future that will require us to make adjustments, we will make the proper changes and post them here.
